Building Helpers general hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.  We appreciate you trying to keep all non-emergency, direct communication between us (phone and text) around that time frame.  We appreciate that your schedules may be different from that, but you can email us or submit requests through your portal 24 hours a day. 

We try to respond to your messages and work orders based on severity within 48 hours of your request.
